1. Navigate to control panel
2. open MAIL
3. Create new profile
4. Check "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" click next
5. Select Microsoft Exchange click next
6. Type the Microsoft Exchange server name
7. Enter Users name
8. Click on more settings
9. Click on connection tab
10. Check on "Connection to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP"
11. Click on "Exchange Proxy Settings"
12. enter the url in which to connect to your server i.e mail.servername.com
13. Check mark "on fast networks" and "on slow networks"
14. Choose BASIC AUTHENTICATION
15. Click OK and enter username and password
16. You should see servername and users name underlined, click next and finish
